Our reinsurance statements of accounts are prepared by Talanx AG in accordance with the stipulations of a formal Service Level Agreement. Our top priority is the swift handling of reinsurance accounts subject to contractual stipulations between our customers and our reinsurance partners. As far as possible, we use IT interfaces with our customers as well as an increasing number of standardised accounting templates to improve efficiency.
